Cancellation & Refund Policy
At One Eleven Escapes, we strive to provide flexibility while protecting our operations.
Short-Term Stays (Under 30 Days)
- Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in
- 50% refund if canceled within 3–6 days
- No refund within 48 hours of check-in
Mid-Term Stays (30+ Days)
- Cancellation requires at least 14 days notice
- Deposits may be non-refundable
- Early termination may be subject to additional fees
No-Shows
Failure to check in without notice will result in no refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Emergencies
- Extenuating circumstances
